Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded cabbage (long shreds)
    1 c. thinly-sliced bell pepper strips
    1 c. onion, cut into thin strips
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. Cavender's Green seasoning
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine the cabbage, bell pepper, and onion.
    Rinse and drain.
    Pour the oil into a large skillet and add cabbage mixture. Stir to mix.
    Cover.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is wilted and peppers/onions are tender.
    Sprinkle soy sauce over top and mix.
    Taste and add Cavender's (or you can use salt & black pepper). Stir in butter. 4 to 6 servings.
