Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. smoked sausage
1 (16 oz.) jar currant jelly
1 (6 oz.) jar prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
-
Mix all but sausage; bring to boil.
Cut sausage into bite size pieces and add to mixture.
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
