Baked Fish With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    Arrange fish in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 5-inch baking dish, turning under thin edges.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Cook mushrooms, onion and tarragon in margarine until tender.
    Spoon over fish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
