Shrimp Crabmeat Supreme Over Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. crabmeat
    2 pkg. frozen, cut spinach
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    dash of red pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 slightly beaten egg yolks
    1/4 c. sweet sherry wine
    2 c. boiled shrimp
Preparation
    Cook spinach and put into colander to drain well.
    Mash to remove any excess water.
    Line casserole with spinach, pressing firmly around sides and bottom as if to make an unbaked crust.
