Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 1/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sweet red aperitif wine
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. sliced strawberries
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

In large bowl, stir the gelatin into boiling water until dissolved.
Add the wine and the lemon juice; stir well. Refrigerate until consistency of egg whites, about 2 hours.
