Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. nonfat buttermilk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. unsweetened apple juice
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, raisins, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Make a hole in center of mixture.
Combine oil and buttermilk.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten.
