Microwave Fish Fillets With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tomato, peeled and cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation
    Arrange fish fillets in 12 x 7 x 2-inch microproof baking dish with the thick edges toward the outside of the dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Stir lemon juice into wine and sprinkle with remaining ingredients over top.
    Cover with waxed paper, cook on High (max power) 5 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    Yields 3 to 4 servings.

    5 minutes.
