Ingredients

1 c. nonfat evaporated milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Pour milk into a chilled bowl; beat until foamy.
Add lemon juice; beat until firm.
Add sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff. This is a heart healthy recipe.
