Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
8 (4 x 4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, diluted in 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
Preparation

Arrange chicken in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with cheese slices.
Spoon soup and water mixture evenly over chicken.
Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken and soup mixture.
Drizzle melted margarine over crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
