Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
onion salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Make into small balls and brown.
Make gravy from drippings and pour over meatballs in electric roaster or casserole dish. Cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Turn down to 250\u00b0 for about 1 more hour.
Good over mashed potatoes.
