Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef; add onion.
Cook and stir until tender; stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, oregano and salt. Simmer 30 minutes covered.
Combine cream cheese and milk in separate pan over low heat until smooth.
Prepare noodles as directed.
Layer noodles, meat mixture, cheese mixture, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses; repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
