Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium peeled, raw potatoes, grated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 tsp. salt
    finely minced onion to taste
Preparation
    Grate potatoes; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Combine well and cook by spoonfuls in hot cooking oil in a skillet, turning once when nicely browned.
    Drain well on paper towels or brown paper bag.
