Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1/4 lb. fat salt pork, diced
    2 c. corn
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes.
    Put salt pork in skillet and fry until meat is crisp.
    Add onions and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Add to potatoes and corn and cook for about 10 minutes.
    Add milk, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Bring to boiling point and add butter.
    When melted, serve.
