Low-Fat Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 pkg. (2 Tbsp.) dry vegetable soup mix
    1 3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze until dry.
    Stir dry soup before measuring to mix evenly.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill and serve with raw vegetables or slices of French or sourdough bread.
