Cauliflower With Tomato Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    salt to taste
    1 clove garlic, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Remove green leaves from cauliflower.
    Cut off any bruised or dirty spots.
    Soak in bowl of cold salted water for 30 minutes. Cook, uncovered, in boiling water for 15 minutes.
    Add salt to water just before cooking is completed.
    Drain.
    Saute garlic in butter.
    Add soup and cheese.
    Cook over low heat until well mixed. Serve over cauliflower.
    Yields 6 servings.
