Lemon Flavored Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk, chilled
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. graham crackers
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 stick oleo (optional)
    1/4 c. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Roll graham crackers into crumbs; next is optional, add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 stick melted oleo to graham crackers crumbs (save calories and fat just use graham crackers.)
    Set these aside; make jello with 1 cup of boiling water only!
    Set aside.
    Whip can milk until airy, add sugar and cream cheese, blend until smooth.
    Then fold in lemon jello.
    Pour into graham crackers that were placed in full size 9 x 11-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle the top with a few graham cracker crumbs.
