Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 marshmallows
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into balls around marshmallows.
    Chill for 30 minutes.
    Dip in egg white; coat with cornflake crumbs.
    Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
