Whole Wheat Bread(My First Housekeeping Venture.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar or honey
    1/2 c. butter
    4 tsp. or less salt
    1/2 c. molasses
    4 c. unbleached flour
    6 to 7 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle dry yeast into warm water to which brown sugar has been added.
    Put in large bowl.
    Scald milk; pour in bread bowl and add hot water, sugar or honey, butter, salt and molasses. When lukewarm, add yeast mixture, then whole wheat flour and unbleached flour.
    Mix until smooth and knead about 10 minutes.
