Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 large tomatoes
    6 pears
    2 c. green pepper
    2 hot peppers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    6 peaches
    6 large onions
    2 c. celery
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Chop fine or use food processor on all veggies. Skin tomatoes. Put all ingredients in canning kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick. Jar and seal.
