Beef-Mac Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Add onion and garlic; cook until tender.
    Drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and turn into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
