Stacy Keach'S Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    2 potatoes
    2 onions
    pepper
    safflower oil
    parsley
    oregano
    1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel potatoes and onions; cut into round slices.
    Place on bottom of baking dish.
    Cover entire bottom, making a second layer and layering onions over taters. Place chicken breasts over the onions and potatoes.
    Cover lightly with safflower oil.
    Sprinkle lightly with pepper, parsley and oregano.
    Cover entire dish with stewed tomatoes.
    Bake 1 hour. Serves 4.
