Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. instant garlic
3 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 small can tomato paste plus 2 cans water
1 large can tomato sauce plus 1 can water
Preparation

Place oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook until onion is tender. Add tomato paste and water.
Meanwhile, place the can of tomato sauce in a large pan along with water and sugar.
When mixture in frying pan is blended together and simmering, it is time to pour it into the large saucepan with tomato sauce and sugar.
Stir altogether and simmer on low.
Add meat balls.
