Blueberry Cafluti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 c. blueberries, drained
    1 (10-inch) pie shell
    Cool Whip (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together the eggs, sugar, flour, margarine and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
    Spread the cracker crumbs on bottom of pie shell.
    Place the blueberries (drained) in pie shell.
    Pour mixture over berries.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Top with whipped topping or Cool Whip.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 6.
