Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. Butter Buds
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. nuts, chopped (add fat)
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring until well blended.
Stir in nuts (optional).
Spread mixture in a 9-inch square pan, sprayed with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle mixture with brown sugar and cocoa mixed together.
Pour water over mixture!
Do not stir!
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
To serve, cut into squares and invert onto dish.
Top with fat-free ice cream or frozen yogurt.
Spoon remaining sauce over ice cream.
