Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cored, quartered tomatoes
    1 c. chopped, cooked cold chicken
    1 chopped celery stick
    1 tsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 chopped, hard-cooked eggs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    enough mayonnaise to moisten
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tomatoes.
    Fill tomatoes.
    Serve on lettuce with wedges of cheese.
