Fruit, Nut And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apricots
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. rice
    1 c. minced onions
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. curry (to taste)
    1 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Cover fruit with water and soak for 1 hour.
    Cook rice according to directions.
    In skillet, melt butter.
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Add curry.
    Add toasted almonds, drained fruit and rice.
    Put into greased baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
