Veal With Lemon Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon, peeled
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 veal chops or scallopini
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. capers, drained
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Take the lemon peel and cut it into paper thin strips, about 2 tablespoons.
    Heat oil and quickly saute the veal.
    Keep veal warm.
    Drain oil.
    Add lemon strips and remaining ingredients and boil until it becomes slightly thick.
    Pour over veal.
