German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    4 slices bacon
    green onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes until just done.
    Peel and dice.
    Snip bacon into 1/2-inch strips and fry until crisp.
    While bacon is frying, saute onion with bacon.
    Remove bacon and onion from skillet.
    Stir in flour, sugar and salt into bacon drippings. Remove from heat and stir while adding vinegar mixed with water. Cook until mixture bubbles (about 2 minutes).
    Add bacon, onion and potatoes; stir until all potatoes are coated.
    Serve warm.
