Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
4 egg whites
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Combine egg yolks, salt, milk, sugar and flour.
Mix well in microwavable bowl.
Microwave on Full power for 2 minutes.
Stir; return and microwave another 2 minutes.
Stir and return to microwave for an additional 2 minutes.
