Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 small yellow squash
2 small onions
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
bread crumbs
1 can tomatoes
Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook first five ingredients until tender in a small amount of water.
Add can of tomatoes (undrained).
Place in casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese.
Top with melted margarine and bread crumb mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes, until bread crumbs are brown and cheese is melted.
