8 Minute Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust.
    Chill at least 4 hours. Top with strawberries or cherry/blueberry pie filling.
