Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can red beans (not drained)
1/2 small can tomato sauce
dash of hot sauce (optional)
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Saute garlic, onion and green pepper in bacon grease.
Add olives, beans, bacon and tomato sauce.
Simmer until thickened and heated thoroughly.
Serve over rice.
