Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. tomatoes, skins off
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers, seeds taken out
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Process tomatoes in food processor and drain.
    Mix with remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
    Put in scalded pint jars and seal.
    Water bath for 15 minutes.
