Turkey Steaks With Herb Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Louis Rich oven roasted breast of turkey
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut turkey into four 1/2-inch slices. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
    Heat turkey over hot coals in covered grill 8 to 10 minutes, turning once and brushing occasionally with butter mixture.
    Makes 4 servings containing 235 calories per serving.
