Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
rind of 1 lemon, grated
4 apples
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. jam of your choice
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Pastry:
Combine flour, butter, 1/2 cup sugar and grated lemon rind.
Roll dough out to fit a 9-inch round cake pan with some dough left over to trim top.
