Standard Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (white or whole wheat)
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in bowl.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until easy to handle.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll 1/8 inch thick on floured board, being careful not to add too much flour (that makes dough tough). Standard crust has 222 g fat in two crusts.
