Grandma'S Stuffed Pork Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless pork chops
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 slices ham
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pound pork chops into thin cutlets.
    Fill with a piece of cheese and a piece of ham, trimmed to fit inside of the cutlet. Salt and pepper them and add a dash of nutmeg.
    Turn the edges of meat in and roll.
    Hold together with toothpicks.
    Coat with flour, egg and bread crumbs.
    Place in hot oil, turning from time to time until brown.
    Cooking time is approximately 15 minutes.
