Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packages pasta cooked and drained
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 can eagle brand milk
    2 cups mayo or miracle whip
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients in large bowl.
    Combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, eagle brand milk and mayo or miracle whip.
    Pour over pasta mixture and refrigerate.
    Makes 30 1/2 cup servings.
