Caesar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 anchovy filets
    3 eggs (at room temperature)
    6 garlic cloves
    2 lemons (juice)
    25 drops Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (heaping)
Preparation
    Blend the ingredients.
    Drizzle in 1 1/2 cups Bertolli olive oil.
    Fold in 1/2 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese.
