Marinated Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichokes
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. Wesson oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Cook artichokes as directed on package omitting salt; drain. Place artichokes in a shallow dish.
