Oven Baked Potatoes(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns (Southern style)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine the remaining melted butter and crushed cornflakes and top mixture evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
