Rhubarb Krisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar (mixture of white/brown)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
Preparation

Combine rhubarb with 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.
Pour mixture into a deep 8-inch pan and dot with margarine.
