Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa (or less if you desire)
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt, corn syrup and chocolate.
Add milk.
Cook rapidly, stirring constantly.
Cook until it will form soft ball in water.
Cool until hand can be held at bottom of pan.
Add vanilla and beat until creamy.
Add nuts, if desired.
Put in greased pan or dish and cut in squares.
Can use peanut butter by using 1/3 cup peanut butter rather than nuts.
