Kole Daumer(Meat Wrapped In Cabbage Leaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    leaves of 1 head cabbage
Preparation
    Steam cabbage just until the leaves are pliable. Mix other ingredients together. Wrap small amounts of mixed ingredients in a cabbage leaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 in shallow baking dish with a small amount of water until done, about 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently and dot with butter before serving.
