Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut in serving pieces (extra pieces may be added if desired)
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Butter an oblong casserole.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix and 1 cup rice.
    Place chicken pieces in casserole, fat side down. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1 3/4 cans water; pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until chicken is done.
    Stir from bottom before serving.
