Chicken Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler/fryer, cut up into 6 to 8 pieces
    3/4 c. white wine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in Dutch oven.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, more to brown chicken and thicken sauce.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 6.
