Beef Cantoneese For Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. lean beef cubes
    2 onions, sliced
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef cubes and drain off the fat.
    Place in crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on High for 1 hour, then turn down to low and cook for 6 hours.
    Serve with rice or noodles. Great for a busy day.
