Potato Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. mashed potato flakes plus ingredients to make them
    1 beaten egg
    2.8 oz. can French fried onion rings
    1 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients well and pour into a buttered souffl dish.
    Top with shredded cheddar.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
