Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. celery
    2 medium green peppers
    2 medium onions
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large can tomatoes, mashed
    6 c. water (more if needed)
    2 1/2 lb. small raw shrimp, peeled
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 links Smoky Hollow sausage, sliced
    1 pkg. sliced frozen okra
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Add flour to hot oil in Dutch oven, stirring constantly until roux is dark golden brown.
    Stir in celery, peppers, onions and garlic.
    Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add tomatoes and water, simmering 15 minutes.
    Add shrimp, crab meat, sausage, okra and seasonings.
    Simmer 20 more minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice. A pint of oysters may be added with shrimp, if you like.
