Zucchini Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 c. shredded zucchini
    1 egg, well beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Blend well. Add onion, bacon, cheese and zucchini.
    Mix egg, milk and oil. Blend well.
    Add wet mixture to dry ingredients.
    Stir until just moistened.
    Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yield: 12 muffins.
